Question

US roaming charges

I am in Canada and my roaming was turned off however my phone still connected to a US network and I was charged $15.  I have since found out I can specify to have just Koodoo networks connect to prevent this.  Can you please credit me this $15?  I didn't realize there is no customer service phone # with koodoo to speak to an agent.   Thanks for your help

Has the $15 charge showed up on the latest bill yet or was it just a item in usage?

As a postpaid customer, you can’t technically disable US roaming unfortunately. You could however try to disable data roaming in your phone, and disable automatic carrier selection and manually choose Koodo as you mentioned.

Hi @JSS

We can definitely look into that for you. Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log back in, you can use the Self Serve option as shown in the following picture:

Let us know when it is completed.

Thank you @JSS

We weren’t able to find a roaming charge on your last bill, can you please let us know on which bill you see the charge?

If it’s on the pending bill, please start a new post once the charge appears on the bill and we will look into it further
