Unable to pay bill on time


Hello,

My bill is due tomorrow but I won’t have enough money to pay it until Friday (28th). Can you please put a note on my file that I will pay in full on Friday?

You'll have to schedule a callback with koodo to speak with the billing department. But if you're only going to be a few days to a week late, you won't get your line suspended, but there'll be a late penalty fee. It's around 2% iirc.

I don't know what plan you have but check out your self-serve, manage plans, change your plan, and see if there's something cheaper available to you that'll meet your needs. Even if it likely won't happen again, it's good to check periodically if there a deal available for you.

When you do pay on Friday, I would also call 611 and report your payment through the automated system
