Hi there,
To set up a payment arrangement with Koodo, login to your koodo self-serve account and navigate to the billing section and see if "Pay in installments" is available. If you have an overdue balance, this may show as a selectable option in self-serve. If it is available, you can select this option and follow the steps to setup the payment arrangement. More info on this and on payment arrangements can be found here.
If it is not available, then you will need to schedule a callback with a rep using Koodo assist and they can place you on a payment arrangement instead. Reps on this platform cannot put you on a payment arrangement. Koodo assist can be found below, note that once on the payment arrangement you cannot miss a payment or your service will be shut off.
