Hi there,
Do you receive an error when attempting to setup the other services or do you not know how to set it up? To setup Disney+ and Amazon Prime with Stream+, you can do this through your self serve account under the “Subscriptions” tab. If you signed up for Stream+ Premium, you should be able to also activate Disney+ Premium and Amazon Prime. Have you tried to activate these? Are you encountering an error when you do?

Do you get the same when you launch Amazon Prime?
You are not the first person to mention an issue with Disney+ the last couple of days.
I recommend contacting Disney+ first and see if they look into this.
If that fails then you can request a callback via koodo assist to see if they do something in their end
