Good day! I registered to Koodo last Saturday. They put my name down as Steffi Anne Matic (MATIC is my middle name) instead of my last name, MANZANO. It should be Steffi Anne Manzano. I can’t set up my pre authorized payments because of this. Help is appreciated!

As much as we want to help, for billing name changes, due to security reasons, you’d need to visit a store nearby: https://www.koodomobile.com/find-nearest-store?INTCMP=KMLanguageSelector_en_Selected_052021 with a piece of ID to have the account name updated to the correct one.
