Hello Community,

I'm sharing my incredible experience speaking with the customer representative Josh today who helped me resolve the payment charges dispute over the last 2 months’ bills.

2 months ago, I requested a plan change and the previous Customer Rep didn't explain the associated charges that directly popped into my bill.  

Josh not only raised this dispute on my behalf but also made me aware of asking more questions to the representatives before they suggest any changes to your existing plan/ offer anything new.

Recommend him 200%.
