DUE DATE

I always pay my Koodo bill at the first of the month, just a habit. My bill always shows a balance of 0 so there is never a due date on it. My billing cycle is the 1st of the month to the last of the month. When is my actual due date with this billing cycle, I can’t find it anywhere,

@marianne77 When you log into your account, on the Overview page you would see the due date. Here is what my looks like:

If you download the pdf copy of your bill from self serve, the due date should be shown on page 1.

@marianne77 You have nothing due, because you already paid on June 30th for the bill that was only due July 26th, that is why you see that.

Again there is no due date on any of my bills, as I just pay it at the first of the month.

So you are saying that my bill is not due until the 26th of the month?
