Hi want to cancel my plan but am overseas so no call-back is possible and I don’t have Facebook to talk to the social team as the chat bot suggests.

You can create a dummy Facebook or Twitter account or ask a friend of you can use theirs. You can also get a Canadian VoIP number and get the call back on that, if Facebook or Twitter are impossible.
