What are the airtime charges when I make a collect call to Canada from overseas?
There is nowhere on the website where I can find such info and I only found out I was charged after receiving the latest bill.

+4Unfortunately, Koodo doesn’t offer or accept collect call. There was no mention of it because the service didn’t include it. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms
No wonder. I followed your link and then was redirected to other links before finding the info about pay per use roaming rate. There is no explicit mentioning or info on not supporting collect calls. Perhaps they could have made it clearer upfront.

Talk minutes, long distance (toll) minutes, and roaming on a foreign network are different things.
In specific situations, you may be charged for all 3 for the same call.
I really wished that the Wireless code got rid of talk minutes so that it is like a landline…. so all talk is unlimited minutes and charges are only for long distance (toll) calls
