Hello, I have recently moved to the UK - got a new UK plan - thus, I’d like to cancel my Koodo plan. There is no information online how to cancel my plan.
Is there a generic 1-800 to call?

If you are out of country, you can cancel by sending koodo a private message via Facebook or Twitter

If you still needed it cancelled, since you are outside of Canada you can send Koodo a pm via Facebook and have a rep assist there.

Alternatively, if you do not have Facebook Messenger or Twitter, you can download an app that can make or receive calls from Canada, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead.
