Had to cancel plan to move to a different country, expected to pay remaining tab balance but have two charges on my final bill.
I am being charged $462.00 for Tab Debit - Cancellation in addition to $527.90 for Tab Bonus Debit - Cancellation, why is this?
Can anyone explain why they expect me to make these two payments?

I suggest you check the service agreement to see the tab bonus amount when you signed up with Koodo.

Did you cancel your plan before the two-year period on your Tab? If so, you are liable for the remaining Tab and Tab Bonus balance, which explains the two charges on your bill.
