Overdue Bill Contact

I have 2 Koodo numbers and live overseas. We changed our phones and there is no way to transfer with QR code overseas - so the lines were redundant and not used. I have suddenly received an email saying that there will be a collection agent used to reclaim the money for numbers we haven’t even been able to use and Koodo know there has been no activity… I can’t get a callback as I don’t have a Canadian number so there is absolutely no way to contact anyone - help please

Thank you they have said they will pass to an agency - so maybe it has not happened yet and is a threat - can I contact Koodo in anyway ?

Unfortunately cancelling a plan involved communication with Koodo - not using it doesn’t cancel the line. Once the account has gone to a collection agency it’s actually no longer in Koodo’s hands, so you might want to contact them and discuss your options with the agency.

Sure, you can contact them through Facebook or Twitter DM from overseas. Good luck :)
