Could you log into your self-serve, go to billing, and download the pdf bill?check the page 3 and 4 of the pdf bill, it should have the detail of the $90 bill.

You might want to consider switching to a newer plan. Prepaid might work for you. I don't know how much data you have currently, but for $30 you can have at least 1 GB of data (at 3G speed) or 2 GB if you sign up for monthly automatic top up, unlimited international texting, and unlimited Canada wide calling.  You don't have to worry about going over on data because once it is used for the month it will just stop. You can always buy data boosters if wanted, but that would be up to you and they don't expire.

@emmDee When we look at your account the $20 Unlimited minute feature was removed the first week of December. It was re-added back January 11th, however the overage minutes were incurred prior to that, hence the extra costs. I hope this help explain.

@Lou Thank you. I don’t really care about the data part. I also think there’s a long process to switch from monthly customer to pre-paid, where I’d have to get a new SIN card and pay a fee if I’m not mistaken? Do you have more info for how to make that transition?

@Dinh Thank you! I had look at the invoice but hadn’t realized there were more pages to the .PDF. 

It's so very, very simple. All you need to to is purchase a SIM card, activate a line and port your number over. If you ask a nephew or friend to help, it can be done in literally minutes.

Even if data is not important to you, the prepaid plan at $25 a month is still cheaper than what you are currently paying and it has unlimited Canada wide calling and unlimited international data - so you won't be hit with unexpected calling fees for going over. Also you said you pay a fee to not go over on data - you won't have to do that either.
