Can't remove account add-ons

I’m logged into self-serve, and click on “manage add-ons.” 

Try to remove International Data Roaming, Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, or International Voice Roaming.

I get an error “Heads up! Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.”

 

Can anyone help?

    Hi @asdf123, the add-ons you mentioned are purely functional and they are not charging you monthly. We can remove them for you but you will no longer be able to use your services abroad or make international calls. Let us know if you’d like to remove them.

    @asdf123 Ok, the add-ons have now been removed. If you need to use your services while abroad please let us know in advance to re-add them as you will not be able to do so in your Self Serve.

    International calls are also blocked except to countries using the NANP system. You do not require international calling capabilities to dial North American Numbering Plan (NANP) numbers when located in a country part of NANP zone. These numbers may be dialed using 11 digit dialing procedures. This includes calls to the US.
