Hi I have a prepaid SIM from Koodo, I’m currently in Brazil for 3 weeks and I need to receive Text message from some services that require 2FA, but I’m not receiving any message when I try to login in those services.
What I need to do in order to receive those messages? Please it’s really urgent!

You are unable to receive any text messages while abroad on a prepaid plan.

Applies to all Cdn carriers: can’t rely on US roaming service for anything critical either.
+4As an alternative. If you can get in touch with someone back home in Canada they can buy a prepaid sim, then you can perform a sim swap, then they can put the SIM card into their phone for a few minutes to help you login to your accounts.
