While I am in roaming abroad and not activated Easy Roaming , if I check voicemail from landline/another phone by dialing into my cell number and press * to access my voicemail, will there be any roaming charges?

If you call your voicemail from another number, there isn't any charge on your line. You shouldn't be charged roaming fee for that.
