I am out of the country and the fee continues

I hope someone can help me.
I have gone for two years to Spain and I have cancelled my phone number with Kodoo, Among other things, I must say.that you have given me a very good service.

I also had the Stream Plus service, but this one, I could not cancel it, the customer service guy did not find my data, or my profile, my account.
The guys at the store where I purchased the Stream Plus service told me that there would be no problem, that when I canceled the phone they would cancel the Stream Plus service as well.
But no, this March I have been charged for the Stream Plus service.
The problem is that I am in Spain, I don't have a phone number in Canada.

I have already written to customer service, as well as to the guy at the store who took care of me but I have not received any response


Please, how can I cancel this service with an automatic charge?

We can definitely look into that for you. Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log back in, you can use the Self Serve option as shown in the following picture: 

Let us know when it is completed.

That is really strange as you mentioned you left Canada 2 year ago? 

Just to confirm, are you still able to log into any Netflix or Amazon prime account? Have you asked your bank to see if the fee was from Streamplus or some the streaming service that automatically used your card to pay after you canceled stream plus?

Hi there,

so the person at the store was incorrect if you had the new stream+ which includes Netflix Disney plus and Amazon Prime as Dinh mentioned. If you had the old one that included Apple Tv and Discovery plus instead, this would go away with closing a mobility account as it was an account add-on at the time.

When you close a koodo account, your subscription services with Koodo still remain as they’re separate from mobility if it is the new Stream+. All that changes is that you lose your mobility discounts on each subscription product.

If it is still active, you should be able to access your Koodo self serve and cancel it there. Steps to do so can be found in the link or Flo can have a look if you sign into the community using your self serve details.
