Just to confirm, is direct LAN port working normally or both had issues?

Has there been any severe weather in your area recently? Also, have you checked whether all physical connections are properly set up? What was the status of the light on your modem?

Have you used the koodo internet app to help diagnose the problem? As if you use it and perform a network scan it may be able to see if there any problems with the service. More can be found below.

I switched to Koodo internet recently after having been w their mobile services for over a decade, and I think I'm realizing that their internet sucks…

Im used to bad weather having an impact on my internet connection but with Koodo it's like the slightest wind will mess with it enough to be a significant problem.

I've reset machines, tried the app to diagnose issues and followed all their recommendations but nothing helped! I also don't at all trust the accuracy nor reliability of koodo's app. When testing the wifi connection, no matter where I am in my apartment, it starts detecting poor signal and the moment I move it jumps to great signal and stays there even if I move back to where it first claimed to have poor signal.

(My roommate uses a LAN connection and also has lots of issues so I know it's not just the wifi).

Honestly I'm already tempted to move back to a small telecom company - they did me so much better. Rarely had issues.

Koodo's gotta step up or step down.

What is the status of the LED light on your modem and your WiFi router?

What app are you using to diagnose issues?  Is this Koodo’s app?
