I’ve got Koodo VoLTE Access, have reset the wifi calling feature a number of times AND turned my phone off a few times and the wifi calling still does not work.  Any new suggestions?? 

What error are you getting? Is the add-on enabled in self serve?


I enabled the add on in self service.  I spoke with a representative and it was not activated from Koodo’s end.  All fixed now !  :-)
