wifi calling won’t activate after port

I ported to Koodo on Friday and wifi calling will not activate on my iPhone. Returns an error saying to contact Koodo to allow.

How about your call and text? Is everything else work normally? Can you check the status of your number transfer in selfserve.?

as well, which phone are you using? I assumed you are a postpaid customer?
