Wifi calling not working on my Galaxy S22. When Ive tried to register with my phone number, it says my number cant be found.

If not, let us know so we can flag a rep to have this add-on added to your account. To check for the add-on, log in to your Self Serve account. Click on the Self Serve tab and select Mobile Services, then click on My add-ons. The VoLTE access add-on is needed for Wi-Fi Calling to work.

Try restarting your phone. If that doesn’t help, your next option is to schedule a callback via Koodo Assist. Enter “schedule callback” (without quotation marks) in the chat box window and follow the prompts. At the start of the callback, ask to be transferred to technical support.
