I just switched to Koodo today and the workers told me it would take 90 minutes for my imessage to work. It has been 6 hours and my phone number is still verifying for texts and I can’t send or receive them. Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

Apple mentioned in the link that iMessage activation might take up to 24 hours.
i recommend you just wait and see if iMessage can work at that time or not.
