Why do I have a tab charge when my tab balance is zero?


I was charged $10 on my bill and my tab is showing zero. I also don’t have an option to see any of my tab history. How can I get this fixed? Included screen shots of my bill and tab balance.

I think that would be your last tab payment. Unless you can see the tab history as I see here : 

It is hard for me to confirm or infirm what I suppose. I can flag a rep to take a look at it, but you don’t seem to sure if it’s been at 0 for more then a month.

I just checked on my computer and I’m able to see the history of my tab. Try checking on a computer or a bigger screen.

Just logged in on both my iPad and my laptop-looked exactly the same. Even If I could see the history My tab is $0 (may have been for a month or 2) and I need to get  the extra $10 Charge off my bill. How do I do this? Why didn’t it stop automatically?
