I need urgent support on this issue. I switched a phone number with Koodo prepaid to postpaid, and I was expecting the transfer would be complete after replying the SMS with YES instantly. It did cut my service as a prepaid customer but did not initiate the service with the postpaid, so I am out of service now. I cant receive calls, SMS, anything…
I can not even get rep support because chatbox says the phone number is not matching. I am so dissapointed and I need to use the phone ASAP. Thanks for the help!
Note: I tried flight mode, restarting the phone, ejecting the card and inserting back etc. none helped.
