I have 4 lines on my account and I can only view calls on two of them. When I try I get a message that says this.

 

Do you get the same error on a desktop browser?

What about clearing the cache and cookies from the browser on your phone?


I will try that. I just don’t understand why I have no problem with the other 2 lines.


There might be an issue in the back-end. The more the accounts, the harder it is. Also try incognito mode. I can only log in my account in incognito mode.
