My voicemail hasn’t worked for the last several days. Every time I attempt to call it I either get an ‘Error performing request Unknown error’ message or it connects and is completely silent. When it connects and I end the call, I get a call failed message

It was strange. How did you test your voicemail? was it by pressing button 1? Have you tried to dial your own number from Koodo handset to see if you can access it?

Also, can you reset network settings of your phone to see if that can help?

googled and found the above post, can someone from Koodo reset my voicemail?


There were many different issue to voicemail though. Voicemail reset was rarely needed in many cases.

Before flagging a rep, as you mentioned you weren’t able to make some call? Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Were you in an area where you had good Koodo signal? I assumed you have restarted your phone?
