Is it possible to travel to the Bahamas and only bring my phone to use WhatsApp? Will I be charged roaming fees?

WhatsApp uses the internet. If you stay on WiFi only or get a local SIM card, it won't cost you any roaming fees.
But if you use WhatsApp with your Koodo line, that uses data and it would trigger roaming.
