travel pass not activating

I bought a travel pass for my self and one for my travel partner. His activated immediately upon arrival abroad. Mine has not. I’ve turned roaming on. And off.  And on.  Turned phone on and off. Have spent hours navigating through the bot to access an agent. So, I have no data for this trip but I really it. And I’m unable to access support. Please, can someone help?

We have just checked and we can confirm the roaming services are provisioned to your number but we also see a data block add on on *50. If you remove this under Mobile services - Manage addons, and then restart your phone, are you able to use data?

Hi there,

Can you check in your self serve and see if the travel pass is showing under your plan add-ons for your line? Whilst you’re in there as well, can you check and see if you have the necessary Roaming add-ons in addition to the pass? Without them, you can’t connect to a roaming network. 

Besides the pass, the add-ons you require for Easy Roam are as follows: International Data Roaming, International Voice Roaming, and Easy Roam International.

Hmmm ok. Thank you for confirming.

Do you find that your other services are working fine such as texting and calling when roaming etc is turned on or do all three services, data calling and texting, do not work?

Just to double check, is you phone connected to a network in roaming at the moment?

If it isn’t,  if you go to Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular) > Network Selection, and toggle "Automatic" off, do you see any networks listed that you can choose?

I’m able to phone. Texting doesn’t seem to work.
 

I see 5 networks I can choose.
