I bought a travel pass for my self and one for my travel partner. His activated immediately upon arrival abroad. Mine has not. I’ve turned roaming on. And off. And on. Turned phone on and off. Have spent hours navigating through the bot to access an agent. So, I have no data for this trip but I really it. And I’m unable to access support. Please, can someone help?

We have just checked and we can confirm the roaming services are provisioned to your number but we also see a data block add on on *50. If you remove this under Mobile services - Manage addons, and then restart your phone, are you able to use data?
