Trying to transfer my phone number from my previous provider to Koodoo. Problem is the bill is in my company name not my personal name so I don’t know how to enter that into the Koodoo transfer wizard as it asks for a first and last name.
Any ideas??
If the number was company number, you can't transfer it to another carrier as it was company asset. You would have to talk to someone in your company who had control over it or get a new number
