Town of Blue Mountains signal strength...

No problem with cell reception here for years until the past week or so. Started off, dialing any number would take 10-15 seconds to connect. Then dialing out would extend to 25+ seconds and not connect at all. Intermittent but frequent failures. Calls that connect frequently drop. Signal strength at my Samsung phone is -105 dbm. Anyone else in Thornbury area having problems?

It could be a glitch in their network. Have you tried to restart the phone and see if it can improve.
Regarding outages, you can follow this link https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

Have tried power off and also phone reset.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

Here is other troubleshooting tips from Koodo https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/im-not-getting-any-network-service

It's a month to month contract. Have read the troubleshooting tips and they relate to no network service. My problem is hit and miss network service. Right now signal strength on my phone is -107.... earlier it was -97. -97dbm is just about good enough to connect a call but -107 is NG.

I asked specifically about prepaid and postpaid because it could be an issue with VoLTE. When you mentioned "month to month”, you meant this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans or the other “bring your own device” plan in postpaid service?

Also, if you are on a postpaid service, you could try to enable VoWifi for indoor signal reception issue https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling
