I have two phones on my account. My wife can text to a 6-digit number on her Galaxy S7. My Galaxy Note 10 even after a hard reset will not text to a 6 digit number, how come?

Go to settings > apps > click the 3 dots in the top right > special access > use premium text message services and then you should see your messages app and have the ability to allow or not allow premium texts.

Does this work for you?

What error(s) are you getting when you try to?

I get an orange ! When I hit it I get three options.... to resend, cancel, or delete. When I go to the details of the message it says send unsuccessful

Hi @Buzz Lightyear

We see that you managed to get in touch with a rep in the meantime, are you still encountering the issue?

Bingo! We have a winner. That was the magic set of keystrokes I needed, thank you very much.

I spoke with a super nice guy, rep for kuudo he went and did the magic on his end ....I had mentioned that I'd read on this form that a reset had fixed somebody else's problems unfortunately it did not do anything for my situation. But the setting to premium text messages was the answer for my issue. Thanks very much for your help folks.
