My phone got stolen 3 hours before and I want to talk to Koodo right away or within an hour from current time. Please let me know asap so that I can give my friend’s contact number here. Thanks.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? For prepaid you can suspend the service yourself right away in Prepaid Self Serve https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com under the Profile tab, Report Lost / Stolen Phone.

For postpaid it goes through a rep, connect to one through Koodo Assist on https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone and they can suspend the line. If you schedule a callback it just has to be a Canadian number that can receive incoming calls, so your friend's number works fine for that.

While you wait, use your Apple or Google account to remotely lock or erase the device. Keep in mind you are still charged for the plan while the line is suspended, and SIMs can't be changed online so a replacement SIM has to go through a rep or a store.

Hi @Arya_07, we’re sorry to hear about your phone. Unfortunately, we can’t call you here but you can schedule a callback after talking to our Expert Messaging team via the Koodo Assist

You can also flag your phone as lost/stolen via the Koodo Assist, here is more information.

I talked to them already, so can you call me within 15-20 minutes?

Unfortunately, reps in the forum can’t call you. If you prefer speaking with someone, you’ll need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist.

By the way, were you able to successfully suspend your line using it?
