Hello i have an iPhone 6s need to unlock help me

If they cannot, your other option is to schedule a call with a rep through the links provided previously and selecting “Not a Koodo customer” under “monthly - mobility”. You can then follow the prompts to schedule the call, and a rep can help you with the unlock process.

To unlock your phone, you should go to Koodo Assist and follow the steps provided. They will submit the request on your behalf and Apple will unlock your phone. 

You will need to insert a SIM card from another carrier or connect to iTunes to complete the unlock process. Koodo will send you a confirmation email. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/unlocking-your-phone

Hi there,

Koodo will help you network unlock the device through using Koodo assist. They will submit the unlock request on your behalf and Apple will unlock your phone You can find the details for this in the link. Just make sure you have your device IMEI handy and follow the prompts provided by the bot. Let us know if you run into any problems.
