You dont need to be an active Koodo customer to unlock the phone.  Was the phone purchased from Koodo?

Which iphone SE do you have?  Have you tried to insert another carriers sim card in your phone to see if it is already unlocked?

yes its purchase Koodo

its 2016/2015 purchase i don’t think its already unlocked
