sms issuses

after installing the koodo sim card i cannot receive or send pictures with mms messenger.  I can send text messages but no photos.  When i check the status of the phone it says IMS not reregistered.  any ideas on how to correct ?

Are you using a koodo purchased phone?  Have you checked your APN settings?

    Just to double check, is Mobile data turned on in your phone settings?

    doesn’t work with it on or off.  can send a message but cannot send or receive a picture.

      the MMS proxy was different so i changed it and now it works.
