Slow internet

I live in suburb of Halifax, NS, not in rural area. Should be fast but wifi @ 2.4Ghz is 56.9Mbps, @ 5Ghz is 156.4Mbps, wired (cat 5e 3ft cable) is 241.1Mbps. Both router and modem have been reset. Computer rebooted. Network card driver updated. I pay for 1Gbps subscription.

    Was it working at faster speeds previously and it started to slow down today?
