SIM Transfer

Just replaced new SIM last night. Activation was a success and number was transferred properly (so I thought). Have access to internet & WiFi. But unable to access my data / phone calls / texts.

So the new SIM number shows in self serve? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Hi Sophia, I'm in self serve now. Where can I view the SIM number? I can only see my account number as well as my phone number that I've transferred over.

 

I've reset my phone a few times, reset my network connection as well. When I try to manually choose Koodoo as a network is states network is unavailable. 

This is happening on both mine and my fiance’s phone. We both transferred our numbers and put in our new SIM cards last night. We own Samsung Galaxy S20 FE phones.

You can find it in Manage Plans & Add-ons - Change your SIM card. However if you just signed up with Koodo, they should have arrived activated for you both. Do you still have no service?
