Just replaced new SIM last night. Activation was a success and number was transferred properly (so I thought). Have access to internet & WiFi. But unable to access my data / phone calls / texts.

You can find it in Manage Plans & Add-ons - Change your SIM card. However if you just signed up with Koodo, they should have arrived activated for you both. Do you still have no service?
