Hello, I just got a Koodo monthly plan with a new sim card, I followed the steps to port my old number to my new sim card, and installed the new sim card into my google pixel 7, which is unlocked. However even after an entire night my cellular service still have not activated.

In my phone settings it says that Koodo cellular and calling is "temporarily unavailable", in the self serve it displays the correct phone number, what do I do now?

We have checked on our end and we can see the services are indeed active,

Have you tried restarting the device or resetting the network settings on your phone?

 


@Flo Koodo Hi, I've tried to restart the device, reinstalling the SIM, and resetting network settings. There are two numbers on my account, one of them I can confirm so functional the other one is not.

We see that you managed to get in touch with tech support in the meantime.

It seems there is an error with one of this cards and a ticket has been submitted for this to be investigated.

The dedicated team should be able to fix the issue soon.
