Hi all.
I got an Apple watch cellular plan, but it has NEVER worked. I’ve had it for months (possibly a year now), and it doesn’t work without my phone nearby.
I’ve attempted cellular setup a million times. Usually it will 1) not connect at all or 2) get part way through the setup process and then give me an error code with a Telus number to call. But every time I call the number and input the watch number, it says there’s no plan with that number. I’ve gone back to the store I bought the watch 3 times and they’ve hard reset the watch, and attempted to setup with the same issues, and proceed to tell me to call the number given.
I’m at a loss because I’m paying 10$ a month for a plan that I cannot access or use. Anyone have some trick that worked for them? I don’t want to return to watch and start over, but it’s seeming like I might have to
