S24 Wi-Fi Calling Registration Error: Number does not match records

I am trying to enable VoLTE/Wi-Fi calling on my Galaxy S24, but the portal gives me the error message that my number doesn't match records. Can a rep please pull up my line and reset my backend VoLTE Access add-on?

Let me flag a rep to include the add-on to your account. Please make sure to log in to the Community with your Self-Serve credentials.

VoLTE is auto-provisioned in Koodo's carrier settings on newer plans, there is no separate "VoLTE Access add-on" on your line to reset.
- Did you recently port/transfer this number to Koodo? On a freshly ported line, that error most often means the port hasn't fully completed yet, rather than a Wi-Fi calling problem.

Also, Did you try to enable wifi calling while you have Koodo cellular signal?

This is not a freshly ported number, I have been with Koodo for about a year.

When I attempt to enable wifi calling I have both wifi and cellular signal. It takes me to a koodo page to update my emergency services address but when I type in my cell number it says that number does not match your records. I have also tried with the number my esim is registered with.

Based on some research it seems this is some sort of bug in Koodo's back end and it requires a rep to reset the VoLTE Access Add on.

I have also confirmed my s24 is the canadian version not international, and have verified my imei will function with VoLTE on Koodo/Telus network.

Hi @Tm32973

Can you please try enabling the Wifcalling when you get the chance and let us know if it works?
