ready to disconnnect service

I’m ready to cancel my account and move to a more customer service oriented company.  But i can’t see how to do this and the bill just keeps getting bigger

When you find the company you want to go with they will port your number over which will cancel your Koodo account. If you have a phone that you are still paying for - anything owing will be added to your final bill.

What is the issue? Can you provide a screenshot of your bill showing a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.

If you transferred/ported out your number to the new provider, then your account should be cancelled as soon as port is done.

But if you got a new number with the new provider, then you need to contact Koodo to cancel your service.
