When people phone me they have to put in one digit, as prompted by an automated voice, before the call will get through to me. I don't want this feature and have no idea how to remove it. I am missing very important calls as a result, please help me.

You might have setup “call control” feature with Koodo. Did you add it or someone help you to do that?
