Poor internet service in Coquitlam

Do others around you who use Koodo/Telus also have issues?

Some locations have worse coverage than others - I experience the same in my town. Have you asked around if others who use Koodo (or Telus/Bell) service have better reception? In that case it might be your phone.

I didn’t ask , but I remember it was almost good at least at Coquitlam Center, now it’s practically doesn’t work there. I don’t know what’s happened .

Could be that they are servicing the area, or perhaps there is construction going on with large concrete blocks. I’m just guessing here… if you have access to another phone, you could try your SIM in that one and see if it improves for you. 

So we need to narrow things down.

When you are having service issues, can you see if others around you (using telus/koodo) are also having issues?

When you are having service issues, are you able to try your sim in another phone (friend or family member)?

I suggest also trying their sim in your phone.

This is to see if the issue is due to the area, your sim, or your phone

I’ve had the issue since last week, no one around me has  telus/koodo. 

At Coquitlam Center center you can literally go and check at the Telus and Koodo stores.  The staff are likely using Koodo/Telus or have devices that are using Telus/Koodo services.

When you say there was no internet, did talk and text still work?
