Calling does't work but able to receive and send texts. Have gone through some troubleshooting with agent but still no luck. Please help.

Can you please let us know if you are able to test the sim on a different phone and let us know what are the last 2 digits of the phone number in question?
The number in question is 36. About 2 nights ago the phone suddenly started receiving calls but it stopped when I checked the nex lt day. Its an esim so I will try it on a diff phone.

What type of phone are you using and how many signal bars does it show?
Its an iPhone 12 mini and its on sos only. But occasionally it has 3 bars if it goes off sos but still cant receive calls or texts.

+4Are you able to turn the esim off and then back on?
I have also done this. It was previously on a physical sim so I switched to esim but still doesnt work.

We have refreshed the network from our end, can you please restart your device and let us know is the phone gets connected to the network?
Did it work fine when it was a physical sim and issues only occurred when you switched to an esim?
When you try your physical sim does it work?
So it was working fine with the physical Sim until about 3.5 weeks ago. It just switched to sos only. And when I started trouble shooting with an agent he suggested the change to esim in hopes of fixing the issue.
It sounds like it could be a phone issue.
Prior to switching to esim, did you try the physical sim in another phone to see if it works?
