Only getting 3G

We live in the middle of Advanced 4G LTE zone but are getting only 3G service.  About to switch providers if this isn’t resolved.

What is your phone model? Could your phone be on 3g only mode? You can change it by going to Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and ensure it’s on 5G/LTE/HSPA/GSM mode or LTE/5G on.
