Brand new monthly account, phone has said NO SERVICE for hours now and my home internet via Telus is also not working? Anyone know what’s up?

Have you tried to reset network settings of the phone? Also, did the phone work before in that area? Have you checked your selfserve to see everything was ok? was there any late payment?

This is Koodo forum, so we can’t comment on Telus internet.
