I have traveled from Canada to India. After reaching India, my network is not detecting. I just want to receive text messages for OTP purposes. Before my travel, I confirmed with customer care that no special plans are needed for this purpose; it should just work. However, it is not. I have tried 1) switching off/on and 2) manually selecting the network, but neither of these methods work. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks.

We would also suggest adding Easy Roam through your Self Serve, just to be on the safe side, as Pey per use roaming is costly.
