Hi…I am in Mexico and can’t seem to connect to any cell service in the area. I tried auto selection and also tried manually selecting with no luck. I am able to connect via wifi, but it’s the cell service I can’t access. What might be the problem?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?
If you are a postpaid customer, did you add easyroam to your phone number yet?
If you did put easy roam, did you receive confirmation that it was successfully added to your account?
Hi…I am a postpaid customer with easy roam added. But it appears I also needed to add international voice roaming. All sorted out now :)
