The issue is both phones are in good working order and were working fine on my last mobile provider’s system. For all of our contacts, our phones are working well, we can talk and text without a problem. Between just our 2 phones, we can call eac h other but the texting will not work. Isend a text to my wife and it doesn’t appear on her phone but shows on mine. Likewise, she can send me a text and it won’t show on my phone but it does on hers. To all our otside contacts the phones work fine.
Customer service on Koodo appears to be a nightmare. After dealing with the mind-numbingly stupid Chat Bot, I was referred to a queue with a live agent who was supposed to get back to me after entering all my information (again). that was 2 ½ hrs ago and still no text.
Any idea what causes texting not to work between our two phones?
