When i call someone, the location display only shows “Canada”. But other phone numbers are showing eg. Toronto, Ontario
may i know how to enable showing city and province? Is there any tweaks on iphone?
my area code is 437 to supplement.

I don't think that is a setting that Koodo controls... Perhaps it's the area code?
